During the winter months, we are offering seasonal room rentals for the 5 month period of ski season.
You will be sharing the house with 1 full time person, and other winter renters.
We have a private room with one or 2 beds, always available whenever you decide to come up to ski.
The rental includes full use of the house, all utilities, internet, and driveway plowing. All bedding and linens provided.
You will be responsible for the care and cleaning of your room.
Rent is $2,000 for the season.
For Sunday River employees, we offer lodging for $100 per week, payable in advance, and must be leased for a 5 month period. Security deposit, and references required.
We have 1 room available for nightly rentals. $60 minimum,
or $25 per person plus tax.
It can sleep 4 people.
