RESERVATION POLICY
One day deposit is required for all reservations. Bookings for holidays and special events will require ½ the total amount. Deposit will be refunded with 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Credit cards can be accepted for deposit, however you may pay by travelers checks, check, or cash on arrival if you prefer. For same day bookings, we will not hold your room after 6:00 pm without payment.

We accept all major credit cards, travelers cheques, and cash.

PET POLICY
 - No pets, no smoking at Lodge.
 - Dogs on leash allowed at campground.
 - Hiker dogs allowed at our small bunkhouse behind lodge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits will be refunded with 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
If you cancel within 2 weeks, and we rebook your room, your deposit will be refunded.
If you do not call, and do not show, you will be charged.

Hikers--We realize that your time schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to change your arrival date, we will do so only if we have not refused another booking request for that date.
However, our regular cancellation policy will apply if you do not call prior to the day, or do not re-book.
 

COURTESY POLICY
We request that you give us a call if you will be arriving later than 8:00 pm on your reserved date. This will insure that we leave you a key if needed and directions to your room , if we are unavailable or have gone to bed.
